With over 20 years of outstanding experience across the Pharmaceutical and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors, Fauzia has a proven track record of success. She has successfully led sales, marketing, and distribution for multinational corporations (MNCs), including Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Beiersdorf, and Omron. Her core expertise lies in designing robust business strategies, optimizing KPI performance, and mitigating operational risks to consistently achieve profit, cost control, sales, and growth goals.
