Fauzia Khan Farooqui is a Qualified & Licensed Pharmacist with a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science and an MBA in Product Specialization and Brand Strategy. With over 20 years of outstanding experience across the Pharmaceutical and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors, Fauzia has a proven track record of success. She has successfully led sales, marketing, and distribution for multinational corporations (MNCs), including Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble, Beiersdorf, and Omron. Her core expertise lies in designing robust business strategies, optimizing KPI performance, and mitigating operational risks to consistently achieve profit, cost control, sales, and growth goals.
Driven by a profound passion for developing the capabilities of teams and individuals, Fauzia transitioned into Learning and Development (L&D), a natural progression that was recognized by her seniors and colleagues alike. For the past three years, she has been associated with the Leadership and Innovation Learning Institute "Lili" as a freelancer, where she actively delivers training programs and contributes to business development. Her impactful career includes leading sales and medical detailer teams for major brands and MNCs such as P&G, JNJ, and Al Batha Group. Notably, she has mentored more than 80 start-ups towards sustainable business growth in Goa, India, and was recognized with the Best Mentorship Award for start-ups and SMEs in India in 2019.
