Late Payments: Late payments may incur penalties as permitted under Saudi commercial regulations, and we reserve the right to suspend Services until payment is received.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: You may cancel participation in a training program or study tour by notifying us at least 14 days before the start date, subject to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Saudi consumer protection laws and our refund policy, which will be provided at the time of registration.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), but we will offer reasonable alternatives or refunds where required by law.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit comments, feedback, or other content through our Services (e.g., reviews, forum posts), you grant LiLi Global a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional or operational purposes. You represent that:
