This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds or cancellations for our services, with a primary focus on users in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and broader applicability to the Middle East region. This policy applies to all users, including individuals, companies, or other legal entities engaging with our services.

By registering for or purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made for LiLi Global’s services, including:

  • Training Programs: In-person and online courses for professional development.

  • Coaching and Consultations: Personalized guidance sessions for individuals or organizations.

  • Benchmarking Services: Comparative analysis for business performance.

  • Study Tours: Educational trips coordinated with global partners.

We comply with applicable laws, including:

  • Saudi Arabia: Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/11 of 1440H), Saudi Electronic Transactions Law (Royal Decree No. M/18 of 1428H), and Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL, Royal Decree No. M/19 of 1443H), enforced by the Saudi Ministry of Commerce and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

  • United Arab Emirates: Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on Personal Data Protection, enforced by the UAE Ministry of Economy and the UAE Data Office.

2. Cancellation by Users

Training Programs, Coaching, and Consultations

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your registration for a training program, coaching session, or consultation by notifying us in writing at refunds@liliglobal.net at least 14 days before the scheduled start date to be eligible for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees (e.g., payment gateway fees, up to 5% of the transaction amount), as permitted under Saudi and UAE consumer protection laws.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to our discretion and compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Consumer Protection Law and UAE’s Federal Law No. 15 of 2020. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are generally non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., for verifiable extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, under Saudi or UAE law).

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation notice will result in no refund, unless extenuating circumstances are documented and approved by LiLi Global, in line with Saudi and UAE consumer protection regulations.

Study Tours

  • Cancellation Period: Due to the complex nature of study tours (e.g., travel arrangements, third-party bookings), cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the tour start date for a full refund, less non-recoverable costs (e.g., deposits paid to hotels or travel agencies). Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the start date may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to our discretion. Cancellations within 15 days are non-refundable, except as required by Saudi or UAE law.

  • Third-Party Costs: Non-recoverable costs will be deducted from any refund, and we will provide a detailed breakdown of such costs upon request, as mandated by Saudi Consumer Protection Law and UAE’s Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.

Benchmarking Services

  • Cancellation: Benchmarking services may be canceled within 7 days of purchase, provided work has not commenced. Once data collection or analysis begins, services are non-refundable due to their customized nature, unless otherwise required by Saudi or UAE consumer protection laws.

3. Refunds for Services

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed only for cancellations meeting the above criteria or in cases where LiLi Global cancels a service (see Section 4). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, subject to payment processor timelines.

  • Processing Fees: Non-recoverable processing fees (e.g., bank or payment gateway fees) may be deducted from refunds, as permitted under Saudi and UAE commercial regulations.

  • Taxes: Refunds will include any applicable taxes (e.g., Saudi VAT or UAE VAT) paid, in accordance with Saudi Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

4. Cancellations by LiLi Global

  • Service Cancellation: If LiLi Global cancels a training program, coaching session, consultation, benchmarking service, or study tour due to insufficient enrollment, scheduling issues, or other reasons, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session or tour, as required by Saudi Consumer Protection Law and UAE’s Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics), we will offer a full refund or a rescheduling option, subject to non-recoverable third-party costs. We will notify you promptly and provide a breakdown of any deductions, as required by Saudi and UAE law.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • We will review your request and respond within 7 business days, confirming eligibility and any applicable deductions, in line with Saudi and UAE consumer protection requirements.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment processor policies.

For users in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, we ensure prompt and transparent refund processing as required by local consumer protection laws.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services or components may be non-refundable, including:

  • Customized Services: Benchmarking or consultation services tailored specifically for you, once work has commenced.

  • Digital Content: Access to online course materials or digital downloads, once provided, unless defective or as required by Saudi or UAE law.

  • Third-Party Fees: Costs incurred by LiLi Global for study tours (e.g., hotel bookings, transportation), as outlined in Section 2.

7. Consumer Rights in Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Saudi Arabia

For users in Saudi Arabia, this Refund Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. M/11 of 1440H), which includes:

  • Your right to a refund for services not delivered as promised, subject to reasonable terms.

  • Transparent disclosure of refund conditions at the time of purchase.

  • The right to file a complaint with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce if you believe your consumer rights have been violated.

United Arab Emirates

For users in the UAE, this policy complies with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, ensuring:
