Feras Salem AlSamamah
Feras is a highly accomplished banking executive and trainer with over 20 years of expertise in both Islamic and conventional financial services. Renowned for his mastery of banking and mortgage products—including ready units, self-construction, off-plan financing, and property power—he has a proven track record in leading retail operations, developing credit policies, and managing full-service branches.
As Area Manager for Alrajhi Bank in Irbid (North Area Retail, SME, and Corporate) since 2014, he has successfully driven business growth and compliance. His leadership includes senior roles at Capital Bank of Jordan and Islamic International Arab Bank, as well as serving as Managing Director of Arab Bank in the liquidation of Amman Bank for Investment. Mr. Al-Samamah has played a pivotal role in establishing new branches, designing sales strategies, ensuring Sharia-compliant operations, and leading banking committees that shaped credit policies and retail products.
As a respected Lecturer and Trainer at the Institute of Banking Studies (Central Bank of Jordan), he has shared his deep knowledge in credit, marketing, customer relations, leasing, and branch management, helping to develop the next generation of banking professionals.
