Natacha Jushko is a seasoned intercultural trainer, leadership facilitator, and executive coach with over 15 years of international experience across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. As Co-Director of the Chair in Innovative Managerial Practices at ICHEC Brussels Management School, she researches and develops practical tools to help leaders manage complexity, foster inclusive cultures, and drive responsible change. She also serves as a Senior Consultant for NetExpat, delivering intercultural training and executive coaching for global organisations. A former senior manager in the energy sector across Africa, Natacha combines deep field experience with academic rigour to support leaders in developing intercultural intelligence, inclusive leadership, and change management capabilities.
